Appointment Policy

Appointment Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Steban's Hair Studio for your styling needs. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our appointment policy:

 

1. Scheduling Appointments:

   - Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in-person at our studio.

 

2. Booking Confirmation:

   - Your appointment is confirmed upon completion of the booking process and receipt of a confirmation message via your preferred communication method.

 

3. Arrival Time:

   - Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   - We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid any applicable fees.

 

5. Cancellation Fees:

   - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service booked. No-shows will also incur this fee.

 

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

   - Contact us on 01403 252655 or stebanshairstudio@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your courtesy in notifying us as soon as possible.

 

7. Late Arrival Policy:

   - If you anticipate being late, please notify us. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, the duration of your service may be adjusted to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.

 

8. Multiple Services:

   - For clients booking multiple services, please be mindful of the time required for each. We may contact you to discuss scheduling adjustments if necessary.

 

9. Children's Policy:

   - To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that you make childcare arrangements during your appointment.

 

10. Deposits: 

    - We may require a deposit for technical services that require more time to be booked out and to secure all online bookings. All deposits come off the final bill at the end of the service but will be non refundable in cases of a no show or late cancellation.

  - Please note that all new clients booking for a colour service at Steban's Hair Studio must have a skin test 48 hours prior to the booked appointment. Failure to do so will result in the service not going ahead and clients may lose their deposits.

Bridal Hair Packages – Terms & Conditions

To ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and to help us provide the best possible service, please take a moment to read through the following terms:

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. This will be confirmed during your consultation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the wedding day.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or card in salon.

  • Payment plans and holding money on an account can be discussed in the salon to help spread costs. 

Trials

  • Your first trial (45 minutes) is included free of charge in all bridal bookings.

  • Additional or extended trial sessions will be charged at £45 per appointment.

  • Any final changes to your chosen hairstyle must be confirmed at least 7 days before the wedding. We cannot accommodate alterations beyond this point.

Travel & Location

  • A travel charge of £25 is included in all bridal bookings taking place within a 20-mile radius of the salon.

  • For weddings further afield, travel fees will be quoted based on location and discussed during booking.

Accessories & Veil Fitting

  • If you would like your stylist to stay and assist with veil fitting, this must be agreed in advance and included in the wedding morning schedule discussed during your trial.

  • All accessories (including clips, pins, flowers or veils) must be provided by the bridal party and be available on the day.

Bridal Party & Package Add-ons

  • Individual services for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and flower girls are available and can be added to any bridal package.

  • Add-on services such as haircuts, colour, toners or treatments must be booked at least 3 weeks before the wedding to ensure availability.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • We ask for a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations or major changes to the number of people in your bridal party booking.
