Hair and Scalp Spa
Terms and Conditions.

At Steban's Hair Studio we do everything we can to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients. 

These terms and conditions govern the provision of the hair and scalp treatment at Steban's Hair Studio.

By booking and receiving the treatment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  • Booking and cancellation policy still apply. Appointments can be made in person, over the phone and online.

  • We accept cash, card or valid gift voucher/gift voucher as payment.

  •  A deposit may be taken at time of booking. If so the remaining balance will be taken on the day of the appointment.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to service or a 50% charge of the service will be required. 

  • Late arrivals of more then 15 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled. 

  • A mandatory consultation will be given prior to the service starting and any scalp and hair conditions will be discussed. 

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions or other medical issues that may affect the treatment. 

  • Please inform us of any pregnancies due to the use of essential oils.

  • The treatment will be performed by trained professionals. 

  • Results may vary depending on individuals hair and scalp conditions.  

  • The salon has the right to stop the treatment or refuse the treatment if it is not safe to continue. 

  • The salon will provide suitable aftercare advice after the treatment. 

  • The salon is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions. 

  • The salon shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the treatment.

  • Any complaints about the treatment should be reported to the salon manager with 48 hours of the appointment. 

  • We endeavour to resolve any complaints promptly and to your satisfaction.

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal care. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we collect, use and store your information. 

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
